Make an Offer
When itâs time to make an offer on your new home, we want you to be 100% confident in the property, the location, and the offer terms. Weâll have an open and honest conversation about what the best offer for you looks like.
If there is something in the offer that doesnât satisfy you, counter offers or negotiations can also be presented.
STEP 5:
Close & Celebrate
